Hi – I’m Tom,
I am a Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning coach, AfN Registered Nutritionist and the founder of Peak Fitness London. Having worked in Personal Training for over a decade, he has helped people with every level of gym experience from absolute beginners to professional athletes to become stronger, and look and feel better than ever before.
My approach for all clients is always evidence based, no nonsense and structured to fit your exact needs and level of experience. Full disclosure – you’ll need to work hard. But if you do, you’ll be able to transform yourself physically.
I have a passion for helping beginners and training fundamentals, and treat brand new people and world champions with the same level or care, thought and dedication. Training has had an immeasurable positive influence on my life an the lives of my many clients, and nothing excites me more than sharing that with as many people as possible.
